• No more than FIVE (5) visitors permitted in the viewing area at a time and this does include children.
  • Visits will not be granted for any visitor without the proper documentation being on file prior to scheduled visit. This includes completed applications, signed rules form, copies of photo ID and/or approved child (ren)'s birth certificates.
  • Photo ID is required to be presented to the PROJECT I.M.P.A.C.T. staff for verification prior to the visit. A notarized statement from the parent or custodial guardian must accompany any child that is not family, permitting them to participate in the visit
  • Unapproved visitors or unattended children will not be permitted to wait in CEEC's lobby. All visitors must be approved by CEEC staff prior to scheduled visit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Visitors are to arrive 15 minutes prior to visit for processing. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • No restroom privileges provided during weekend visits.
  • Visits will be limited to one (1) hour unless authorized by the Institution staff and PROJECT I.M.P.A.C.T., to extend the visit depending on availability.
  • Visitors are prohibited from being under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Cancellation is required prior to the scheduled visit. If you fail to cancel and miss three (3) consecutive visits, PROJECT I.M.P.A.C.T. will temporarily suspend you from televisiting pending review.
  • Cell phones, cameras, recording devices and/or videotape equipment are prohibited. You will be asked to leave your cell phone or other prohibited equipment with the Visitation Coordinator during your visit.
  • No food or drinks are permitted for adults. Only bottle(s) and Sippy cup(s) will be permitted for the children.
  • Inmates and visitors are expected to behave in an acceptable manner at all times with respect to appropriate behavior for the public environment.
  • Loud disruptive conversations, inappropriate language, tampering with equipment, inappropriate gestures or exposures in any form, may result in termination of the visit. Any inappropriate behavior or disrespect will not be tolerated.
  • Visitors must wear appropriate dress. No see-through blouses/shirts, midriff tops, tank tops, or spaghetti strap tops are allowed. The Institution and/or the PROJECT I.M.P.A.C.T. reserves the right to deny visiting privileges on any day when clothing does not meet the standards of the dress code established for visitors.
  • The Visiting Hall staff, unit staff and/or PROJECT I.M.P.A.C.T. staff are responsible for monitoring all persons participating in a televisit. Therefore, they do have the authority to address concerns for corrections as needed.
  • Inmates and visitors must remain in their televisiting area until the completion of the visit except for the use of the restroom.
  • Children are the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian. Children who are disruptive and misbehaving may result in termination of the visit.
  • Disrespectful, threatening, or other inappropriate behavior towards any CEEC staff will result in termination of televisiting privileges.
  • SMOKING IS PROHIBITED! No tobacco products or lighters are permitted in the PROJECT I.M.P.A.C.T. visitation area.
  • VIOLATION OF ANY VISITING REGULATION MAY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR VISIT AND/OR SUSPENSION OF VISITING PRIVILEGES.
